Edward M. Burke is a Principal of the firm. In addition to his active participation in the firm, Mr. Burke has been a civic and community leader for over 40 years. Mr. Burke has served as a member of the Chicago City Council since 1969 and as Chairman for the Committee on Finance from 1983 to 1987 and from 1989 to the present.

Mr. Burke currently serves as a member of the Chicago Plan Commission and formerly was counsel to the Illinois Municipal Problems Commission.
